MY Returns Insurance

1. Generate RMA report : PowerBI > Workspaces > WT - WTDM_PBI_Operations > Magento Returns > RMA

Filter – Country : MY; RMA_Date_Requested : Last 90 days

2. Lookup consolidated parcel AWB and the date shipped with RMA & SKU

3. Filter consolidated parcels shipped out last month

 

4. Then, sum up the selling price by the consolidated parcels and then multiply it by 60%(landed cost). The insurance premium is 0.04% of the sum value.  

 

5. Send the file to Veronica Chee Sock Kang ([e-mail]) and copy Finance team (Catherine Rini Iskandar <[e-mail]>; Clara Tan <[e-mail]>; Tan Mei Chin <[e-mail]>; Foong Mei Hing <[e-mail]> ) by the 5^th of every month.  

Note : Please keep the record of the product name, SKU, value, etc for claim purposes, if required.
