- 14 days from the date of purchase for regular-priced items
- 7 days from the date of purchase for sale items

Exchangeable Product
1. Products that are purchased only in Singapore retail stores. (Not applicable for online purchase)
2. Products must be:
- In its original selling/packing condition with original price tags intact - Unused/ unwashed/ unworn/ undamaged
3. Products that do not fall under the Non-Exchangeable List.
4. Original receipt and credit card charge slip must be presented upon exchange.
